I watched the movie 'Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead' for free on Amazon Prime (beats Netflix) and subscribe to Joe's free eMail newsletter but this is the first time I've paid for anything he has written and the $ is well worth it. The book is modestly priced for its scientific content.. It's poorly written, poorly organized, poorly illustrated, and has worthless examples. My kids, including my 14 year-old son, have been having a great time in the kitchen with Will it Waffle? and our new waffle iron. A definite step above most similar books.. Thanks Joe..
