Each deck contains 100 cards with all the powers from Player's Handbook 2 for each of the eight classes featured in the book, plus a few blank cards for players to use for other powers.
Nice book, like the way it's laid out.. His father leaves his mother to embrace his same sex love openly, and his mother gradually declines from that end point. Some foolish people I've talked with online think this is the end of the world ("Barbarians were balanced before!" they cry), but as someone who has played a barbarian in the RPGA since it was in the playtest phase, I can say this is a welcome change - making barbarians either run around in heavy armor (which is out of character for them) or just trivially easy to kill (their temporary hit point regeneration was never high enough to deal with much incoming damage). McGinnis demonstrates respect not only for animals but for their guardians, too. I have bought many copies of both books and given them to friends, family, and animal shelters. McGinnis' "Well Dog Book" and "Well Cat Book" are just fabulous. Even more glorious is T.'s justification of the extortion to the bullied kid's mother. A modern successor to this book would probably have a lot more to say about FPGA-based implementation, and would probably address placement and routing issues that De Micheli had no need to address.Despite its 1994 copyright date, this book is still current and relevant.
